Wednesday's Progress

I started a new painting for a food show, and completed my small piece.

Small paintings and more

I have been busy since my last post.  I have started 2 small paintings at 12x12.  I also did my annual paper mâché skull.

Also, finished the corset

Moving along

I believe I am done with the commissioned dog painting.  I have been doing my daily sketches, and am very close to finishing the Catrina painting.

Promising

Today I did more work on the butterflies on the Catrina.  I think there is a possibility it will be complete by the end of the week.

Thursday Progress

I did more work on the commissioned pet piece.  Hopefully it will be completed by next week.  I have a small piece for under $200 due November 12.

Wednesday

Today I did more work on the commissioned dog painting and I started a small piece.  I want to be able to get the small piece done in four hours or less.  This will be a good test.  So far I spent one hour of painting time.  Lots of time on development, though.

Baby Tattooville and More

This past weekend I went to Baby Tattooville.  It was amazing.  There were so any talented artists and creative personalities.  It was inspiring and exciting and I hope go again next year.  

I was also hired to do a painting of a dog.  Here are some pictures of the painting in different phases.

Pretending to be Thursday

I was traveling for most of yesterday and missed my blog entry.  I will enter a new blog later tonight.  I did a small sketch for a small painting last night.  I also did a small amount of work on Tiger Lady.

Wednesday

I worked more on Tiger Lady, but I would like to have a little more work done before sharing.  Also I started working on a commissioned piece.  Photos will be posted after Friday.  Over the weekend I will be attending an art convention.  I might do sketching and show pics or meet lots of interesting artists to talk about in my blog.  Stay posted....
